I have visited Legends countless times for drinks and entertainment, and love the seafront terrace and basement disco, but this was my first stay as I had lent my tiny flat up the road to relatives. It is Brighton's outstanding LGBT venue but on this occasion all I needed was a simple single room. This was a reasonable size, the shower room was tiny but everything worked and I would stay again if the circumstances were to arise. The room was reasonable value, but I have visited one or two of the larger, more expensive rooms at the front (mine was down the side but I could still see the sea) and during the week, at least, I think those are better value when you consider that two people will be sharing the price. But to be fair, you could say that about so many single rooms.

Me and my friend checked in on Saturday, 1st of December, until Monday. We stayed in room 210 . The stay and staff were amazing, but the room was not very nice for us the only reason this was the heater never worked so the room was cold and qe was atvthe back on the hotel so the was loads a noise from bottle bins been empted the fan on most the night it was a very noise area to rest I would not book for that room again. The bed was comfortable, and the room was lovley and clean. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were very nice.

The Legends team does a good job at running a hotel alongside a high-profile and well-liked Brighton gay pub and club. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and welcoming. Rooms aren't huge but are practical with all the facilities you'd expect for the price. The seafront location (providing great views from some rooms) is a real draw-card, and very convenient to central Brighton and the local bars and restaurants of Kemptown. Overall, it's an attractive option for LGBTIQA+ travelers, but not to the exclusion of others.

The Legends hotel surprised me positively. The location is great close to Brighton Pier. Room located on the top floor with direct sea view. Lovely comfortable bed. Bathroom was tiny however the shower rainfall head and a firm water pressure made showers pleasant. Restaurant /cocktails bar with friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Bonus a club downstairs with good music and a dance floor friendly for all : singles, 🌈 and 👫🏻 couples. Highly recommended. Definitely planning to come back again!

Emilia

Great location. Easy check in/check out. Comfy beds, Friendly staff, and easy/fun entertainment given that the hotel rooms are connected to a bar and night club if you so choose to go. Appreciated that there were earplugs provided if one is sensitive to noises when sleeping given that there’s a bar and night club at street level and in the basement (though neither myself or my partner needed them. We slept great!).
